According to the my experience of guiding Happy English Club for 4 years, it's better to ask the registrants to remit the down payment to the Outing Treasurer in advance. By this way, you can make sure who will show up and who won't. Besides, you will also notice who even forgets that he/she has ever registered for this outing while you has reserved a car seat for him/her.
Most of the time, Taipei HEC asks the down payment for the outing. It will make the preparation of the outing more smoothly.

Thanks for your suggestion,but Daphne and me think "remit the down payment "is troublesome,so we want to hand over the down payment on 6/27,that would be convenient to us.And I will also notice who even forgets that he/she has ever registered for this outing .
The seats are enough for registers now,but the guesthouse can contain 14 persons only...so still have 2 bed .

If yes, then I think this route is okay for you to arrive at 大慶 station on time.
