Session 1

1. Have you ever tried to lose weight? If so, please share your experiences with us? What are some conclusions from the article above?

2. Have you heard of the Atkins diet? Do you think it works? Have you ever experienced rapid weight gain after dieting? What are some possible concerns you may have if you were to follow the Atkins Diet?

3. Do you avoid intaking any particular foods for any dietary or faith reasons? What are some foods you cannot resist in the night markets?

Hello, I just joined and I am looking forward to participating as my sister has been battling a serious weight problem her entire life and I have seen first hand the effects this battle can have on a person. I will catch up on some reading and will join in soon.

I have 3 battles with my weight reduction by different therapy in my life , 2 of them happened at the beginning taken a job and extremely unsatisfied with my belly waist. Then last one happened at my latest backpacker trip cross India / Nepal ( 3.5 months ) .. I would refer 2 outstanding battle detail for reference ...
#1 . Maple syrup / lemon juice / hot pepper powder . I learned this from my female co-worker whom she getting a better body shape/ smoothly skin condition by this formula, buy a package for one week per each process from her .. The core thought is to reduce solid food supply step day by day and increase formula quantity “opposite ; then your body will exhaust the leftover stool (waste) in the colon .. Actully you won’t feel hungry as it supply the minimum demand of Calories for office man or Wonen ... Amaneing gng The stool color was “dark brown “ by leftover stool (waste) in the colon and it’s capacility will be increased day by day either .. Then its color turned into normal , I lost about 2 kg by single one process only... She told me further weight reduction by several cycle are demanded ... Coincidently the coming Sunday was Mother Day I can’t resist her cooking skill and given up to take further process... I regained my weight soon.
# Warning It was risky to resume solid food after the process immediately, it will hurt your digestion system... AS recommended start from Porridge first...#

# 2 Backerpacker trip with jogging / non snack constantly...
Came back Taiwan last February for Lunar new year from India / Nepal backpacker trip , during 3.5 months trip lost around 1.5 – 2.0 kg weight attributed by inconsistent meal / less meat / heavy excrcse .. For saving money I didn't order big meal and don’t have appetite during the train / trip as the food supply not so delicious (sucks)... Theory is the “consumed calories” more that what you gained by food digestion...
To mantain current body shape I had a constantly jogging each morning except this chilled winter. This is quiet healthy way to reduce your weight...
