1. Have any of your friends, students, or co-workers caught the H1N1 or the swine flu?
2. How are you avoiding the seasonal flu or the swine flu? Do you think the H1N1 vaccine is more dangerous than the swine flu itself?
3. Have you or your family ever gotten vaccinated for the seasonal flu and the 2009 H1N1? Any feedback from them? Are you afraid of taking the vaccine?

4. Do you think the H1N1 will become severe again in 2010? Why or why not? What are some opinions stated in the article?
5. Have you ever heard the 1918 Spanish flu? Share with your group mates what you know.
