Session 1
1. According to this article, who is on a quest for baking perfection? After reading this article, share with your group mates what you know about his background. What world championship did this master baker win?
2. What are some factors that contributed to the master baker's success, in your opinion? How long did he prepare for this contest? What are the main ingredients of the title-clinching bread?
3. What type of bread do you prefer? Do you like to bake? Does baking or cooking in general help you relieve stress from work or other issues?
