Topic Discussion Article: Knowledge Essence of the Secret by Rhonda Bryne (文章)
Questions for Discussion:
Session 1
1. According to this summary of Rhonda Bryne's book, what is the "Secret"? What do you think the statement "everything (including bad or good things) which is coming into your life is attracted into your life" means? What is the law of attraction? Please use an example to explain it. Do you think this book is just restating old ideas or inventing something new?
2. According to Rhonda Bryne, a number of exceptional men and women discovered the Secret, and went on to become known as the greatest people who ever lived. Among them: Plato, Leonardo, Galileo, Napoleon, Hugo, Beethoven, Lincoln, Edison, Einstein and Carnegie, to name but a few. Why do you think successful or wealthy people often don't like to share their secrets to others voluntarily?
3. What kind of house do you want to live in? Do you want to be a millionaire?
What kind of businesses do you want to have? Do you want more success? Do you want to change something in your life?
Did you have the chutzpah to ask what you really desire before?
Then, what did you do (quit, doubt, ignore, second guess, put into action) to obtain your heart's desire?
Please use one of your desires as an example and explain what you did for it and the result.
Please also give us your suggestions and the benefits for following your suggestions.

4. Could gratitude really shift your energy and alter your thinking? How so? What are some possible advantages of gratitude? Please bring up three benefits per person in each group, if possible.
5. What does Rhonda Byrne mean by visualization? Could visualization help you to reach your goal? Have you ever tried it? Please share your experience. What kind of role does your feeling play in the process?
6. Which statements in this summary inspire you? Which statements are you most skeptical of? Why? Do you want to test the secret in your real life? What would be your first step?
