1. Did you have any experience in online shopping? What kind of products do you usually buy?
2. What are the pros and cons of conventional shopping and online shopping? Which one do you like the most? Why?
3. What would the reason be for purchase products on the Internet instead of buying from shops?
4. What are the key factors for deciding which brand(s) you want to buy? Price, quality, design, or the attitude of
the salesperson ?
5. Are you an impulsive or compulsive buyer? Why or why not?
6. Do you have any tips or ideas to cope with impulsive or compulsive buying?
Definitions:
Impulsive buying: Involoves an unplanned decision to buy a product or service, made just before a purchase.
Compulsive buying: Plans the shopping experience as a way to avoid or relieve uncomfortable internal feelings, such as anxiety.
