Questions:

1. Please select 1 ~ 2 stories in Page 6 ~ 8 of PDF file (30 stories totally). According to Key Words (such as桃園三結義, 樂不思蜀, 大意失荊州, 張松獻圖 & 寧教我負天下人, 休教天下人負我…), you can google to search its related story. Please interpret the stories in easy and friendly way. If possible, hopefully you can try the hard one.

2. To refer Page 10 in file, you can google to search the personality of your favorite figure(s). Whose personality could be like you? Please analyze and tell us.

3. To refer Page 10, do you think women are so weak in ancient China? Do you believe women can hold up half of sky in China history?

4. To refer Page 12 ~ 18, could you brainstorm the logical flow about 130-year history of Three Kingdoms? Can you brief us about it within 1 ~ 2 minutes? You can image your boss could ask you to report him in shortest time about the massive information.

Instead, if you could be too busy to go through all 120-chapter at once, Jeffrey would like to furnish you the 20-page material (in PDF file) which can brief you the remarkable events, outstanding figures and important milestones happened alone the time axes at Three Kingdoms periods. Two books have to be differentiated between “Records of the Three Kingdoms (三國志)” and “Romance of the Three Kingdoms (三國演義)”:
The former, “Records of the Three Kingdoms”, is a Chinese historical text that covers the history of the late Eastern Han Dynasty (東漢) and Three Kingdoms period. It is widely regard as the official and authentic historical text for that period. Written by Chen Shou (陳壽) in the 3rd century, the work combines the single and smaller histories of the rival states of Cao Wei (曹魏), Shu Han (蜀漢) and Eastern Wu (東吳) into a single text.
The latter, Romance of the Three Kingdoms, is a historical and fictional novel written by Luo Guanzhong (羅貫中) in the 14th century. This novel portraying the history of 1800 years ago is still acknowledged as a literary masterpiece today. This novel covers 130 years (168 AD ~ 280 AD). Three kingdoms describes a fascinating dynastic cycle: the fall of Han Dynasty (漢朝) under Emperor Ling (漢靈帝) due to the Yellow Scares Rebellion (黃巾之亂), the division of the Empire into the three kingdoms – Shu (蜀), Wei (魏) and Wu (吳) – and the reunification of t he empire by the Jin Dynasty (晉朝). In this period, there are 1,191 figures mentioned in novel, enrolled by emperors, warlords (軍閥), strategist and famous generals. This historical novel displays sensational stories accomplished by legendary heroes and sly politicians who create numbers of idioms and quotations to represent the specific fable and also to be interpreted for lesson learns by all related stories. Through this epic masterpiece, we will have the tasks to be discussed and discovered on 4/27 gathering:
