Questions for Discussions:
1. Please write down and share us how you spend your time on weekdays and weekend. Except for the routine activities, like sleeping, eating, and etc., what quadrant tasks do you spend the most of time on? Do you feel fulfilled for the days you live? Why?
2. Have you ever been interrupted or distracted by something unnecessary? How did you do with these situations? Or some suggestions to say no?
3. Have you ever regretfully said that you don’t have the time to do “something” which is special or important to you? Why?
4. Family, health, relationships, financial basis, career, education,…? What are your most important priorities? How much time do you spend each week for improving or maintaining them? Is it enough? If not, what might cause this situation? Any suggestion or experience for this issues?
5. While your precious time is passing through, have you ever think of making your life more meaningful not only for you but also for the people you concern about? Why? And how?
