Intercommunication. Communication is the origin of anything possible. Whenever I find the key to success, someone changes the lock?! Intercommunication is to bridge the gap between individual and organizational cultures. Culture always informs the way people examine the world; different personal and organizational cultures solve problems differently. The first step of intercommunication is to observe the context in the cultures. Then, be more adaptive and acquire more feedback to achieve the communication effectiveness. Therefore, why don't we regard this intercommunication process as a teaching-learning process? Create the moment to teach and learn--it can be any moment. Communication is a magic mirror reflecting our self-awareness. To be more alert while listening, focus on being at the present.
