Dear Taichung Happiers,

A healthy, happy habit is an uncanny umbrella.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JNTItrFyNJU

Resume our gaze at the essence. Like everyone else, we are souls of habits. Habits have raised up so many people, and still cut down many more. Indian lawyer and anti-colonial nationalist Mahatma Gandhi (2 October 1869 – 30 January 1948) pointed out that “Your beliefs become your thoughts. Your thoughts become your words. Your words become your actions. Your actions become your habits. Your habits become your values. Your values become your destiny.” Sure enough, we don’t want the water of our lives spills into oblivion. We would not allow ourselves the luxury of believing that luck brings us to our state of happiness and health. Good habits make us feel our hopes flying up and up. Bad habits are invisible walls—if we walk across to happiness and health, we will hit them. So, what habits on earth can disconnect us from our troubles in happiness and health? A healthy, happy habit is the only note to accentuate our last ten years, and will likely be the only note to accentuate the next. Every beginning of a healthy, happy habit is welcome. It’s like the fireworks sprouting and upwelling—even when it disappears, the reflection of the light leaves imprints in our hearts. It carries out more than curiosity or comfort, but something links with a greater expectation. We don’t want to be seduced by relief. What we really want is to be able to extend our character beyond ourselves for the enchanted and independent moments. Therefore, tell us, please, if you have to summarize your healthy, happy habits in three words, what will they be?

Accept more.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8E1Rv8AJZOU A healthy, happy habit can be an image of how we speak to nature: how we go out to meet the world. To be filled with a sense of worthiness and well-being, there is no better way than immersing ourselves into nature. The pure air, the graceful garden, the sea in a shining, smiling blue color… Nature makes us feel we are everything; nature makes us feel we are rich, contented, and energetic. Nature is full of possibilities; surrounded by nature, we find a sense of balance somehow. If we would learn the secrets of nature, we must practice more humanity. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=suk-jiBBBJY It needs no explanation that optimism spawns optimism, cheerfulness spawns cheerfulness, and all these spawns happiness and health. And, a child’s smile is the best curriculum of optimism. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=v-tmrI99RjA A sunny child, intimate and honest, is fully open to the charms of the world. Children teach us to slow down and be happy. Every answer in their eyes says silently that the confirmation of the quality and beauty in us is celebrated. https://www.livehappy.com/relationships ... -happiness Furthermore, how do you value the knowledge of building a joke, of twisting words? Laughter is a buffer. It’s the quickest route to dissolving and diminishing the difference between the just and the unjust, between comfort and assessment. Laughter is for life, and life is for living, isn’t it? https://www.mayoclinic.org/healthy-life ... t-20044456

Appreciate more. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D_pThtKA55E The name of happiness is gratitude. It’s not the most gorgeous name, unless you know it. In what context have you been filled with gratitude? Does it feel like salvation? In fact, our gratitude finds its target in everything. We are grateful for what we’ve been granted—it’s the reason of what we’ve achieved. https://www.theatlantic.com/health/arch ... de/488294/ In a wash of soothing sound saturated with simple and selfless acts, gratitude reassures everyone, before we are taking a challenge. As a result, we pulse with unaccountable confidence; everyone receives an impartial and indiscriminate fullness of attention; bonds between us are stronger and sturdier. We hold the belief deeply that gratitude is the greatest power we as human can achieve and apply, in assurance of absolute happiness. https://www.health.harvard.edu/healthbe ... ou-happier Award-winning author Alan Cohen admonishes,“If you do not practice gratefulness, its benefaction will go unnoticed, and your capacity to draw on its gifts will be diminished. To be grateful is to find blessings in everything. This is the most powerful attitude to adopt, for there are blessings in everything.” Gratitude that won’t quit is more important than capability and opportunity. Above all, the practice of gratitude is the practice of being “the pond”. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wf5K3pP2IUQ

Create more. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d3PlAJZs0lQ Create more, and we’ll be like a magnetic wave that revives everything it reaches. While something bountiful and invisible is playing with harmony, respect the creative craving in everyone, to do all we can to let it evolve. Attaching to accuracy of aspiration and the assertion of adventure, the efficiency of every artful conception is melody to our minds. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GRfudKFLAmI Besides, we always think better and feel better while moving. What happens, when you dance a 15-minute solo and it passes like a dream? Will pleasure redden your face, and yesterday’s setback softens and turns into manageable? What rhythm can we find through any kind of exercise? https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=pLOr4Sm3SW0 It goes without saying that we can create more when we are given to flights of imagination. Reading complements our creativity and contentment, because it inspires us to think, to feel, and to live a thousand lives. While reading, please notice relations between things, and their rhythm of reflections. Then, there’s a feeling of newness. Our faces will be aglow with something, and we’ll return to a new beginning—a new beginning of happiness and health. Again, remember that, it’s not how deep or heavy we read--it’s how we enjoy our reading that matters most. https://torontopubliclibrary.typepad.co ... -days.html

The inexhaustible energy conquers and commands. In it, our creation, emotion, and concentration expand and explode into a burst of well-being--like the lights blink on… Award-winning poet Mary Oliver (September 10, 1935 – January 17, 2019) simply put, “The patterns of our lives reveal us. Our habits measure us.” Perhaps, every healthy, happy habit is not easy, yet, it’s simple. Meaning, stop waiting for the red light at dawn or the gold light at sunset—in between, we have different, yet equally beautiful lights to balance our spirituality and humanity. Also meaning, everything happens, and every healthy, happy habit is to end every story properly—perhaps, not always perfect, yet, the beautiful thread is traceable and truly powerful. That beautiful thread is what ignites our passion and what makes us more alive, isn’t it? Whatever our healthy, happy habits are, whatever their value, whatever their vulnerability, as long as it persists, we’ve still get the light. This gives everyone’s voice a quality of emotion and revelation. Most importantly, with tension and passion, we ride with each other on the same wings. The way we create a simple moment together allows us to outlast whatever difficulties, and calls for memory, sincerity, and the best quality of others. It is what creates our happiness and health and what our happiness and health create. Join us. Thanks!!! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XB6yjGVuzVo
