1.How much do you accept this concept of university president Lloyd Axworthy ?
For the next 2 questions, please take Taiwan's circumstance into consideration.)
2.To be practicable, what preparations should be done ?
3.If practicable, what will be advantage and disadvantage ?
4.Which university section in Taiwan is suitable for this idea ?
5.Supposing this project begins to run, in a long term, will it help a little bit balance the disparity between the rich and the poor, which is caused by so-called The M Society or M-shaped society ?
