Topic Discussion Article: Is Running Bad for Your Knees? Maybe Not<--- Click Me (文章)

Session 1
1. Do you have the habit of doing exercise? How often do you work out? Why do you do it? How important do you think exercising is?
2. Do you jog? Do you love jogging? Why or why not? If you do, how often do you jog and where do you usually do it?
3. Have you learned any new phrases in this article? Which new word(s) or phrases do you find the most useful or interesting? What is osteoarthritis?
Session 2
4. Which part in this article do you find the most surprising or informative? Explain yourself to your group.
5. Do you believe in what the article suggests (that jogging may not hurt our knees)? Why or why not? Would you be more willing to take on jogging if research shows that your knees would still be sound after years of jogging?
6. Do you have any personal experience related/similar to what the article talks about? Do you have any advice to offer those who regularly exercise? Do you think running helps one to stay young?
