Questions for Discussion:
1. How would you field these oddball questions yourself if you were at the interview?
2. Have you ever been stumped or thrown off-balance by any more difficult questions?
3. Share with everyone any good or bad interview experiences you have ever had or heard of.
4. Share with everyone some tips on how to ace the interview (the musts and must-nots).
5. Sometimes it is important to know how to ask proper questions in an interview.
