Topic Discussion: 10 Essential Business Leadership Skills
Questions for Discussion:
1. Is there any necessary skill for being a good leader which is not included in the article?
2. Do you think you are a good leader? Why?
3. Which leader you admire the most? And why you admire him or her?
4. How can we be trained to be good leaders?
5. In elementary schools, class leaders are usually the students whose school works are the best in their classes (at least we did this in my age). Do you agree good grade equals to good leadership?
