1. Do you know your BMI? * Body Mass Index = Weight (Kg) / Height (m2). Is your BMI within the healthy range 18.5 – 24? If it is out of this range, what is your solution?

2. Have you ever had a diet plan? Please describe it. Furthermore, have you had the weight-loss-plateau? If so, did you know the root cause?

3. How many meals do you mostly have per day? Do you know how to allocate your nutrients in different food categories?

4. How many times do you exercise per week? Please describe it.

What are the major challenges in a host’s attempts to make our discussion more valuable? It is sometimes beyond our imagination.

On 4/4, Jeffrey delivered his article for 4/21 meeting; I responded to his mail: “Can I believe my eyes, my friend?” On 4/13, he sent me a new article to replace it, because he thought the original one for 4/21 is similar to 4/14 topic. This time, his remarkable diligence made me speechless. The truth is his original discussion questions are indeed different from those of 4/14.
