Questions for Discussion:
Session 1
1. Do you know what kind of food makes you get any benefit in our body? Please share with us.
2. What kind of food is your favorite? Do you care about calorie? Have you ever calculated how much calorie you eat?
3. From this article, we are mostly fed by two things: corn and oil. Would you agree? Why? Could you share the knowledge about the food?

4. As we know, the organic food is more expensive than normal food. Will you choose organic or normal food? Please share your experience with us?
5. How do we know the nutrient content from our food?
6. Do you think what should we have for dinner? Please share some very good restaurant to us after this gathering. You could contact with our gourmet master.
