Questions:
1: Are you satisfied with your current job? If you own the certain talented specialty that is recognized and awarded with at least double pay in Singapore, do you intend to quit your job in Taiwan and leave for Singapore at once? If such a good package is payable by Chinese companies, are you willing to work longer time for it in China?
2: Do you think the brain drain problem is so serious in Taiwan? As we all know, the unemployment rate is rising in Taiwan. What is the cause: lower wage or less opportunities in Taiwan?
3: Currently, are you working in the manufacture industry or service industry? Please describe your industry status in Taiwan and analyze if you can find a better job easily.
4: In order to enhance competitiveness, do you agree that our government should open the door for more foreigners (especially for Chinese) to work in Taiwan?
5: Don’t expect your government. How will you sustain your career everywhere?
