Questions:
1. When you experienced the stress, what did your body often response? And what would you do to relieve it?
2. Kelly said when you change your mind about stress, you can change your body’s response to stress. Do you agree what she said? Why or why not?
3. Most of us believe positive thinking is important attitude to deal with crisis. What kind of person are you, see the glass as half full or half empty? Do you have any way to train yourself to be a positive thinking person?
4. Caring created resilience. Have you had any experience or story to prove the statement?
