3. Are there sub-habits you are creating in order to keep up the skill from school/work? Are there any of these replacement habits for bad habits that get in your way of learning?
4. While you are learning a new skill/knowledge, do you talk about it with people? Who are they? Do you prefer to talk to the people you know well, or those you don't know well? Why?
