Questions:
1. When do you usually go to bed? If you are a night owl (usually go to bed after mid-night), what do you usually do till so late?
2. This article points out people have the best short term memory during 9 am- 12 am. Most of students always burn the midnight oil to study before the exam. Does it work? Or is it better to get up very early to study? What is your experience?
3. Will eating late at night make us fat? Most people would say “Yes”. Do you have any strategy to avoid weight gain while still eating late?
4. Except for the tips for a good night's sleep from the video, do you have any other good ways to share with us?
