The United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) defined the concept of Green Economy as “an economic system that results in improved social equity and human well-being by considerably reducing ecological scarcities and environmental risks.” Do you believe in Green Economy? Social economist Dhanesvara Das proposed it is our consciousness. Green marketplace is speeding at a breakneck pace --what ambivalence does the phenomenon exhibit? In a green economy, what can transport us to a different world? Is it music? Is it poetry?
