1. Do you prefer indoor activity or outdoor activity? Please share your experience that some activities really help you relax mentally and physically.

2. Which trails in this article would you like to visit? Why?

3. There are more than 200 mountain summits over 3,000 meters above sea level in Taiwan. How many of them can you recognize? Have you ever been there? If so, what’s your feeling?

4. Many people do not like mountaineering because of mountain accidents. Do you want to try mountaineering even though you have heard lots of mountain accidents?

5. Have you ever been to any spectacular trail or scenery? If yes, please share it to us.

20150516, Gathering, Tainan


Gathering on May 16:

Yushan Peaks Trail, Beidawushan, Zhuilu Old Trail, …, and etc. Among these Taiwan's most spectacular hiking trails, which trails would you like to visit? Or you have been there? People believe outdoor activities like these really benefit us physically and mentally. Besides, sharing these experiences did broaden our views in today’s discussion. Thanks for Adam's host!

We appreciate Grace, Jerry, Chris, Cherry, and Adam, you guys’ participation for this gathering. Moreover, Jeffrey’s joining really colored our meeting today. We also welcome our new visitors: Alvin and Joe.

Finally, during the in-house speech contest today, both Jerry and Chris did excellent speeches! Unfortunately, only one can be the representative for our club. The votes for these two speakers were so close, 4:5. Chris got more votes to be the representative. Congratulation! We put our hopes on Chris to earn the champion of speech contest on 6/13.

We also appreciate Jerry's passion and interesting story. You did a great job! We are proud of these two great speakers for the in-house speech contest. Hope someday, you can be professional speakers!

On June 13th, we’ll have the 2015 summer conference with friends from the 6 branches of the HEC. We are looking forward to seeing you joining us that day.
