1. Do you like to be busy, or do you like to have an easy schedule?
2. Which time of day do you feel you are most productive in your work or study?
3. Do you think you manage your time wisely?
4. Are you trying to be more effective (i.e., doing the right things) or more efficient (i.e., doing things right)?
5. What frogs are usually on your daily working list and which would feel the best to have done? (Frogs are those dreaded tasks we don’t want to do.)
