Questions:
1. There are many books or articles about communication. What communication skill you think is workable or useful? Would you share with us your successful experience?
2. Many people think it's hard to communicate with the elders or kids. How about you? Have you tried to explain the operation method to elders (such as how to use computer, camera, cell phone, etc.)? What's your experience?
3. Have you ever had any misunderstanding because of wrong body languages or poor communication with foreigners? How did you solve it?
4. In Taiwan, some people think "taping shoulder" or "touching someone's head" is not polite to others. But some think it means being friendly. How do you think about it?
Is there any other body language that you don't like?
5. Do you know each culture use different way to count numbers?
