1. Do you have any other idea why people are used to make “January resolution”, or “New Year resolution”?
Taking yourself as an example, are you more tempted to set up goals in the beginning of the year ?
2. Have you ever set up goals in the beginning of a year, and then give up? Why?
If you don’t give up the goal but achieve it, share your experience with us.
3. Why does impulse always defeat rationality? How to strengthen willpower?
4. How to make the goal come true ?
5. What is your goal in 2016 ?
