2. Do you always choose the healthy food depending on the label? Why?
3. Do you like to eat in a buffet restaurant and how do you arrange your meal?
4. Do you think it`s good to skip a regular meal when you have a diet planning?
5. Is it good to choose more of the low-fat foods than full-fat products? Why?
6. Does the atmosphere in which you eat your meals can also affect how much you end up eating?
