Questions:
1. What do you think of this exercise? Have you seen your friends doing the archery? There are many games about archery on the internet or in the night market, have you played it before?
2. Do you think these 6 health benefits are really useful in your life? If so, share your own opinion with everyone. You can share some benefits with the other sports, too.
3. “Releasing an arrow, watching it fly, and hearing it strike a target can relieve stress.” Are there any exercises that also makes people deal with stress? How often do you do that? Share some ideas.
4. Every step in archery is important. If you want to get a good grade, you should be more careful every moment, including attitude. Do you agree attitude would affect the scores in archery? Why?
5. Talk about another interesting story with exercises in your life. Example: Yoga, basketball, football, tennis… Have you encountered anything dangerous?
