1.Have you used any type of mobile payments to online platforms or brick-and-mortar stores for shopping? If not, would you like to try in the future?
2.A study showed that when deciding whether to use mobile payment services, consumers tended to consider five major factors: security, value, universality, service stability and ease of use. Please share your opinions upon those factors (which ones you are more concerned about).
3.Do you believe that mobile payments will be the mainstream of merchandise transactions in Taiwan?
4.Do you believe that the current security system of mobile payments is sufficient to prevent individual accounts from malignant hackers?
5.There are three ways (mobile payment – cellphones, credit cards & cash) to deal with your payments. Considering your personal conditions, which one is fit for you the most?
