Of course I know how you feel. You feel the circumstance you are by your eyes, ears, nose, tongue, your skin, and mind.
But I really don't know what you feel and what's your feel because you don't tell me what happened and I do never get touch with you.

I think either "How I feel" or "What I feel" is alright although I cannot tell what the difference between them is.
I guess lin_nil520 is bothered with something when she asks "Who knows how I feel?" or maybe she merely wants to know the translation of "心事誰人知?"

According to CCED(4th ed, 2003), how is used to express the way in which something happens or is done, and what, on the other hand, is used to express specific information about something.
According to MED(2002), how is used for talking about quantity, but what is about quality.
