其他服務：代辨茶水，費用另計。

Speech Contest Rules:

1. Preparation: The speech content should be original by the contestant.
2. Requirement: Contestant should be present at the contest venue on time or will be disqualified.
3. Timing: The speech should be from 5 to 7 minutes. Contestant who speaks less than 4 minutes 30 seconds or more than 7 minutes 30 seconds will be disqualified.

注意事項：

1. 註冊並繳費參加本次聚會的會員，由大會提供波哥茶飲飲料一杯。飲料價格以35元為限（請參考附件），超出的部分，自付差額。飲料種類可在當日14：00 -14：30註冊入場時勾選，大會不再另外準備茶點。如果會在下午兩點半以後到場者，請事先通知大會幫忙預訂。另外會場外有飲水機，可自備水杯取用開水。

2. 大會比賽分為演講比賽與啦啦隊比賽。各區演講參賽者上台順序，由開場時的抽籤決定。如該區有組隊參加拉拉隊比賽，請拉拉隊員於自己分區演講參賽者上台前，進行30秒的加油表演。裁判團依據評分標準，評出比賽名次，並由大會據以頒獎獎勵。

3. 會後，我們會在距離會場約700公尺的開運美食館慶功並晚餐。附近的慶中街有許多好吃、好逛、好玩的地方，請大家踴躍參加！逛完林百貨，再步行約1.2公里，即可到達台南火車站。

4. 晚餐與逛林百貨時，如另有行程安排，可彈性參加與離席。

Good afternoon everyone and a huge welcome! I am KEN, president of the Tainan Happy English Club. It’s my honor to welcome you all to this very important HEC summer conference this year. Firstly, I really appreciate friends from all 6 branches. Thanks Happy, founder, president of Taipei happy English club, and friends from Taipei. Then thanks Ellen, president of Taoyuan Happy English Club, and Friends from Taoyuan. And thanks Jason, president of Hsinchu happy English club, and friends from Hsinchu. Then thanks friends from Taichung. And Thanks Joy, president of Kaohsiung happy English club, and friends from Kaohsiung. Also I want to thank Grace, District Governor, and my lovely members of Tainan happy English club come here to welcome friends from other 5 branches.

We feel proud of great jobs done by

It is a really hot today and you guys still willing to come here with me. So I believe we here are all such motivated people. So I can tell you, if you want to push yourself to gain excellent English proficiency, you’re at happy English club, you can do that! If you want to enrich your life by making friends with a variety of background, you’re at happy English club, you can do that! If you want to meet great people and inspire with each other, we’re at happy English club, we can do that! I am doing that!

Congratulation on your participating this conference. I hope you all really enjoy your happy time during this wonderful summer conference!
