According to 2012 Winter Conference, Kaohsiung Happy English Club will hold the In-House Speech Contest on November 17th, 2012.

If you win the Kaohsiung Happy English Club's In-House Speech Contest, you can register for the National Speech Contest of Happy English Association on December 8th, 2012!

If you want to register to the Kaohsiung Happy English Club's In-House Speech Contest, please post your reply for this announcement.
