Dear Taichung Happiers,
According to 2014 Winter Conference, Taichung Happy English Club will hold the In-House Speech Contest on Dec 6th, 2014.
The winner of in house speech contest in Taichung will get 2000NT and represent Taichung Happy English Club to compete the trophy of national speech contest in Taipei on 13th Dec.
