According to 2015 Winter Conference, Taichung Happy English Club will hold the In-House Speech Contest on June 4th, 2016
The winner of in house speech contest in Taichung will get 2000NT and represent Taichung Happy English Club to compete the trophy of national speech contest in Taipei, 11th, 2016.
