According to 2018 Winter Conference, Taichung Happy English Club is going to hold the In-House Speech Contest on Dec. 1st, 2018.
You could register for the National Speech Contest of Happy English Association on Dec. 8th, 2018 in Taoyuan if you win Taichung Happy English Club's In-House Speech Contest !

Only the official member can register to the In-House Speech Contest.
You also can prepare Powerpoint slides and about 18 min speech( like TED style).
You could make the speech in CHINESE or ENGLISH this year.
