Dear All,
According to the 2010 Summer Conference, on November 13th, 2010 Taipei Happy English Club will announce our Taipei contestant for the National HEA Speech Contest.
The Taipei contestant will be voted by the Taipei Officer Team based on people who respond here only.
We will select one contestant.

The winner will be selected by the Officer Team present on that day based on a point system of 70% club contribution and 30% speaker skills.
If you're selected as the Taipei contestant, you will have 20% (1/5) chance of winning the National HEA Speech Contest on December 4th, 2010. If you win the National Speech Contest, you will win 20,000 NTD. Even if you don't win, you still get 2 HSR train tickets roundtrip to Kaohsiung reimbursed to you for your effort.
