According to 2010 Summer Conference, Taichung Happy English Club will hold the In-House Speech Contest on November 13th, 2010.

If you win the In-House Speech Contest of Taichung Happy English Club, you can register to the National Speech Contest of Happy English Association on December 4th, 2010. If you win the National Speech Contest, you will get the award 20,000 NTD.
