According to 2013 Summer Conference, Taipei Happy English Club will hold the In-House Speech Contest on May 31st, 2013.
If you win Taipei Happy English Club's In-House Speech Contest, you can register for the National Speech Contest of Happy English Association on June 8th, 2013.
