According to 2013 Summer Conference, Taoyuan Happy English Club will hold the In-House Speech Contest on June 1st, 2013.
If you win Taoyuan Happy English Club's In-House Speech Contest, you can register for the National Speech Contest of Happy English Association on June 8th, 2013.
