According to 2014 Winter Conference, Hsinchu Happy English Club will hold the In-House Speech Contest on November 22nd, 2014.
If you win Hsinchu Happy English Club's In-House Speech Contest, you can register for the National Speech Contest of Happy English Association on December 13th, 2014.
