According to 2015 Winter Conference, Tainan Happy English Club will hold the In-House Speech Contest on Dec 5, 2015.
If you win Tainan Happy English Club's In-House Speech Contest, you can register for the National Speech Contest of Happy English Association on Dec 12, 2015 in Taoyuan! The champion will earn the prize of NTD 20,000!
