According to 2016 Summer Conference, Hsinchu Happy English Club will hold the In-House Speech Contest on May 28, 2016.
If you win Hsinchu Happy English Club's In-House Speech Contest, you can register for the National Speech Contest of Happy English Association in Taipei on Jun 11th, 2016.
