According to 2016 Winter Conference, Taoyuan Happy English Club is going to hold the In-House Speech Contest on Dec. 3rd, 2016.
If you win Taoyuan Happy English Club's In-House Speech Contest, you can register for the National Speech Contest of Happy English Association on Dec. 10th, 2016 in Taichung!(Only the official member can register to the In-House Speech Contest.)
