According to 2017 Summer Conference, Hsinchu Happy English Club will hold the In-House Speech Contest on May 13th, 2017.
If you win Hsinchu Happy English Club's In-House Speech Contest, you will represent Hsinchu Club and register for the National Speech Contest of Happy English Association on June 10th, 2017 in Kaohsiung!
