According to 2017 Winter Conference, Taoyuan Happy English Club is going to hold the In-House Speech Contest on Nov. 18th, 2017.
You could register for the National Speech Contest of Happy English Association on Dec. 9th, 2017 in Hsinchu if you win Taoyuan Happy English Club's In-House Speech Contest !
