You could register for the National Speech Contest of Happy English Association on Dec. 8th, 2018 in Taoyuan if you win Taoyuan Happy English Club's In-House Speech Contest !

Only the official member can register to the In-House Speech Contest.
You also can prepare Powerpoint slides and about 18 min speech( like TED style).
You could make the speech in CHINESE or ENGLISH this year.
