Hi all,
This Saturday, I want to invite my English tutor - Frank Giacobbi - to Happy English club. Frank is a professional English teacher who have ever taught English in many contries.
My company invited him to Taiwn for teaching me and my colleagues how to improve Englsih speaking, writing and presentation.
I think it's a good opportunity to invite him to provide some good guidance for us.
It's a good chance and wish you can join if you are interested.
By the way, he can also speak a little Mandarin and Japanese.
The following is his brief self-introduction.
When I was a young man, the United States Air Force sent me to Yale University's. Institute of Far Eastern Languages to attend an intensive course in Chinese. For thirty hours per week over eight months, I studied nothing but Chinese, so I know the agony of sitting in a foreign language classroom, or straining to follow a conversation in a second or third language.
In mid-career, I resigned my position as an architectural and engineering specifications writer, ventured to Japan, and began a new career as an English teacher, technical editor and presentation trainer. To prepare Japanese researchers to make a presentation in English, I developed a very practical approach based on a few very simple principles.
