I am in charge of birthday celebrations for January because Fiona is away on her job duties

I sent an email to the January birthday members reminding you to come on Jan. 31st, but some did not receive it because the email you gave us is disabled.

If you have your birthday in January and you did not receive my email, please reply here (or privately) if you will be attending the gathering on January 31st, which is when the birthday celebrations take place.
