We meet at 9:00 in 羅東interchange on 9/12. The race will begin from 13:00 pm. I will pick up Brain, Brady will pick up Elisa. Louise, please pick up Jerry.

We are glad to share this honor with everyone that we eventually conquered this big challenge. It was a hot day and we were hot, too. Here I especially want to express my great admiration to these three iron men. They finished swimming, cycling and running before the limited time, they are real men. Of course, the rely trialthon team were also one of the best.

I made it, I can't believe I made it. I almost gave up when swimming. However, my willpower overcame physical weakness. I am so pround of myself. Nothing, nothing is impossible for me now.

This is my first time to join this competition.
On that morning, I still couldn't believe that I have decided to join the triathlon !!
Anyway, I did a good job, and I am also proud of my self ~~~
We are iron men and women.

As doing the last activity of triathlon - Running, I couldn't stop thinking why I torture myself.

However, after fininshing all challenges, I felt it's worthly although It was exhausted.

It was a wonderful trip. Thank you all.
