Outing announcement

Dear all,

Get ready for the new year !
here are some important notice:

1. Join us after dinner
we will gather at 8pm at 圓山MRT station. it will take about 1.5-2 hours to get to our hotspring resort.
so make sure not to have your stomach empty ! we can have some hot and delicious chicken soup when we arrive !!

2. Bring your own breakfast
as i'm sure we'll have a lot of fun and sleep very late that night, we will NOT have a group breakfast altogether.
keep in mind that we will have lunch at 11.30am, then you'll be free to bring your own breakfast (eg. bread from 7-11)
手工小饅頭 are available at the hotel if you wish.

3. No swimsuit needed
there are 2 different kinds of hotspring for you to choose from :
a) 大眾池：男湯 - outdoor area, 3 different pools, shall be naked !
女湯 - outdoor area, 3 different pools, shall be naked !
b) 個人池：a small "bathroom" for more private use, be naked, of course !
大眾池 is a lot more interesting than 個人池, trust me !!

4. Bring sandals / slippers
it's more convenient to have slippers to walk around, especially when you're going to the hot spring.

For those crazy happier,

If you feel bored staying in the hot spring for the whole morning of Jan 1 2010, join Group B for a hiking on 七星山！
Group B need to get up at 5am. it takes around 1 hour only to get to the top of 七星山 (1.5km only !).
after mountain climbing, we 'll still have some time for hot spring !

so Group B's schedule is as follows,
5:00 get up and leave for 小油坑
5:30 gather at 小油坑之七星山登山口
6:45 reach the top
7:15 get down
8:00 arrive at hotel for a nice and hot hot spring !
10:00 check out !! and go for the "bigger than your face" beefsteak.

The cold will be biting when you are at the peak of 七星山, so don't forget to get some more clothes for the hike.

from Taipei main station, head north. take 承德路右轉敦煌路，右轉玉門街，park when you're approaching 庫倫街。
