**price include:
-personal equipment: life jacket, gloves, helmet, rope, hook, etc
- first-aid dressing, cooker, ropes, etc

Things you need to prepare:
-Backpack
-Clothes for change (must get wet)
-Swimming suit (option-can wear inside your 排汗衣)
-Lunch & drink water (we have cooker to boil water so you can bring instant noodles if you like)
-Waterproof bag or several zep bags (夾鍊袋) to prevent from the water.
-溯溪鞋(菜瓜布底,可防滑,有加釘子也不錯)
-wear排汗長衣褲 (option)
-泳鏡 (建議攜帶)

Wow~ unbelievable! I haven't post the outing information yet, but I can see there are so many people want to join. That's great.

Hope those friends who already signed up don't mind that I chage the outing date to 7/20 because of some reasons. (Wofy, do u know what I mean?) I wish all of you still available on that day.

This will be my second time to go to river tracing with Elisa.
I know Elisa is very busy so I put some photos which took in 2006 for sharing.
We will have the similar exciting experience this time but in different place.






















I also want to share my opinion about 護膝 and 溯溪鞋.
I don't want to scare you, but a well-parpared protection is very imporant.
Please forgive me for showing the photo as below,


About the 護膝~
If you don't want to have too many 黑青, you can buy 護膝.
Or try “NOT” to get down on your knee when you climb up to a huge rock.
( I think that is impossible, but it depends on the 地形 and your 體力)

About the 溯溪鞋~
Please make sure you have the right size shoes.
Wearing too-big shoes, you may feel uncomfortable or get 水泡.
Wearing too-small shoes, you may...have a whole new toenail, just like me...

Don't feel sorry for me, it was not so bad.
My super cool "Black" toenail reminded me how wonderful experience of the river tracing all the time.
It reminded me for almost 7 months until I got my whole new toenail...

P.S. I think Elisa will share her experience of buying a cheap 溯溪鞋 soon ^^~

Wofy told me even there comes a typhoon, he will go stream tracing, too. However, I don't dare to put a damper on him that if typhoon comes, we would rather stay safely at home.

You don't need to be in anxiety la. As I know, Wofy isn't an emperor. Of course, I don't mean you are an ~~. It should be our secret among me, Louise and Wofy, but I think I should make it public because HEA is such a secretless family. This big secret is~We are waiting for Wofy's Haagen Dazs la~

You can get 溯溪鞋 in 釣具行 or 戶外生活用品店
I get mine in 東區釣具行,it's a chain store. I spent $390.
When you buy the shoes, be sure it adatpts to your size or you will get bruise toes like Nicole did before.

Now, I have to figure out how to enlarge my 溯溪鞋.
I don't want to hurt my toes again, you know what I mean...ha ha ...

It's easy. You can cut a hole on the shoes. On the front side, will become 露趾鞋, on the back side, can become 拖鞋. Wow~ a whole new fashion 溯溪鞋 is created.

Those pictures remind me a great time we had years ago. I really can't wait 7/20 outing, I believe we will have a lot of fun again.

Among all the pix you posted here, two of them impressed me most, one with black and blue all over your slender and sleek legs. (blush), the other one with the bruise polish(瘀青指甲油) on the big toe's nail.

Anyway, they really depicted a period of wonderful reminiscence in your life for good. Hope this stream tracing to be held will bring you much more than that.
